In the new SAT.1 comedy panel show “Rules are Rules” that airs on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 10:55 pm, host Frank Rosin gets to the bottom of the most absurd administrative cases. He is supported by the consumer protection expert Frank Ochse from BILD and a changing panel of celebrities. The first show will feature host Ruth Moschner as well as comedians Max Giermann, Martin Klempnow, and Simon Pierce.
