Supported by Constantin Entertainment:
"Lichtblick Hasenbergl" and
"Kölner Appell gegen Rassismus"
Lichtblick Hasenbergl
This association has specialized in the care of children, adolescents and young adults from socially disadvantaged families. Currently, 200 childcare places can be made available for the age group from 5 months to 25 years.
The program begins with mother-child training and a kindergarten, accompanied throughout the school years, helps the young people in their training and supports them until they have safely settled into their jobs.
In an affiliated family center, mothers and fathers can learn the German language close to everyday life, attend simple computer courses and receive help in coping with everyday life and securing their livelihood.

Kölner Appell gegen Rassissmus
For almost 40 years, the association has been an integral part of Cologne's civil society, committed to the peaceful coexistence of old and new Cologne residents. As a recognized intercultural center, the Cologne Appeal offers refugees and immigrants in particular a contact point and provides practical on-site integration work with advisory and educational services.
Education is the key to social participation and successful integration. The Cologne Appeal therefore supports disadvantaged children and young people in particular by means of support and advisory services in order to achieve tailor-made educational qualifications.
