This action-packed reality game show features 12 families for whom playing sports is part of everyday life. Four elite athletes accompany them in their quest to win: World champion handball player Pascal Hens, Olympic field hockey champion Moritz Fürste, kickboxing world champion Marie Lang, und legendary soccer coach Peter Neururer. The four star athletes each choose two families to coach and guide. Who will win the title of „Fittest Family Germany“ and take home the prize of 100,000 Euros?
