Constantin Entertainment GmbH greatly values the protection of your privacy and your personal data. We keep your personal data confidential and treat them in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as national data protection regulations that apply (this includes the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) in Germany) in addition to this information here. Legal basis for processing personal data

We process personal data only if there are legal grounds for this, i.e.

• if the data subject consented to this (Art. 6, 1.a. GDPR);
• to perform a contract (Art. 6, 1.b. GDPR);
• insofar as the processing of personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6, 1.c. GDPR);
• if there are legitimate interests (Art. 6, 1.f. GDPR).
  
  

Processing of data, data categories, and groups of data subjects

All personal data are collected and processed in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

We only process those data of yours which you provided to us under the contractual relationship. This includes, for example, your first and last name, your address, images, voice and video recordings.

The data fall into these data categories: identification data, communication data, address data, image and video data.

• to facilitate the execution of a film production;
• for the mutual performance of the contract;
• to correspond with you;

The data which we collect are limited to the degree as is necessary for the respective purpose. We do not forward your data to third parties unless this is necessary to respond to inquiries and orders as well as contracts.

Rights of a data subject

As a data subject you have the right at any time

• to be informed of your personal information stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR), the origin and recipient of said data and the reason for processing them;
• to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
• to the restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• to these data being erased (‚right to be forgotten‘) taking into account possible legal retention requirements (Art. 17 GDPR);
• to be notified (Art. 19 GDPR);
• to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR);
• to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
  
  

Revocation of consent

You may revoke your consent to the processing of personal data that concerns you at any time effective for the future. Your revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by virtue of a consent that was issued prior to such revocation. If you wish to invoke your right to revoke, an e-mail sent to the responsible recipient (above) suffices.

Storage period and erasure of personal data

The personal data which we collect will be erased or frozen as soon as the purpose of storing no longer exists. Further storing once said purpose no longer applies may result from legal retention periods. Once such periods have expired, the data will be erased. This does not regard data which must be stored compellingly by virtue of the rights that have been ceded.

Provision of your personal data

Within the context of our contractual relationship, you will be asked to provide such personal data that are necessary in order to perform our mutual contractual relationship and fulfil the related contractual duties or which we are required to collect by law or by contract.

Technical and organizational measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to process your data under a high level of security. Hereby, great emphasis is placed on the following:

• confidentiality (Art. 32, 1.b. GDPR), especially measures to control entry, access and authorized access as well as measures to control separate processing;
• integrity (Art. 32, 1.b. GDPR), especially measures to control forwarding, entry, processing, documentation and contracts;
• availability and resilience (Art. 32, 1.b. GDPR), especially measures to control availability and recoverability;
• processes for the regular testing, assessing and evaluating (Art. 32, 1.d. GDPR); Art. 25, 1. GDPR), especially data protection management, data protection by design, and control at an organizational level.
